Velociraptor

Today I came across 3 dinosaur card`s:  The Allosaurus, Utahrapter and the Velocirapter.  I looked at it and finally decided to use the Velocirapter.  I think it is a very cool looking raptor unless of course it is chasing me.  The turkey sized Velocirapter was so fast it could run faster than you could say your name!  It was so fast and carnivorous it was called the swift thief.  Enjoy this video!

Brachiosaurus

Today i was looking at my dinosaur cards and then i came across the Brachiosaurus and i thought:why not use this dinosaur for my blog?  I read that it was a herbivore.  I think the Brachiosaurus could touch the tree tops because it was 82 feet long and around 42 feet tall.  It was probably one the biggest land dinosaurs that ever walked!  Check out the cool videos.

Kentrosaurus

The Kentrosaurus was an omnivore and although the majority of dinosaurs were exclusively herbivore`s and carnivore`s, there were also omnivore dinosaur`s.  Omnivore`s are animal`s that eat both meat and plant`s.  Among all the dinosaurs, the stegosaurus had one of the lowest level`s of intelligence, and the Kentrosaurus was no exception: It`s small head held a brain about the size of a walnut.  They had a really good sense of smell though which helped them out a lot.  The Kentrosaurus is my favorite omnivore.  Check out this video of a stegosaurus being threatened by an Allosaurus.

Triceratops

Today i want to talk about the mighty triceratops.  Its three large horns gave it a very frightening appearance, but this herbivore would probably have used its horns for self defense or to push over very tall trees so it could reach taller branches with tender delicate leaves.  The name, Triceratops,  means three horned lizard.  The triceratops was around 10 feet tall and 20 feet in length.  The triceratops use to protect its baby's with all its might.  Its head is 6 times harder than a human skull.  Enjoy this video!

Tyrannosaurus Rex

The tyrannosaurus Rex is my favorite land dinosaur because it was a predator and very large! The Tyrannosaurus had four foot jaws that can crush almost one thousand dinosaur bone`s!  They also have 12 inch long teeth.  The tyrannosaurus Rex was a carnivore.When the tyrannosaurus Rex mom`s have baby`s they feed the slumps of meat they have to their baby`s for two month`s and then they abandon them.  One of their weaknesses is their tiny arm`s.  It was considered the king dinosaur!  Its name means, "Tyrant Lizard" and it was up to 40 feet tall!  Enjoy this video!

Pteranodon

The Pteranodon weighed around thirty-seven pounds.  People call it a flying lizard.  I like it because it is one of the coolest flying dinosaurs that there is.  The Pteranodon  had wings that stretched out to at least  twenty-three feet long to keep it from falling!  The mystical Pteranodon died sixty-five million year`s ago along with the rest of all the dinosaurs that have ever walked the earth.  Some people say it is not a real dinosaur because it can fly.  Even though it had a large beak he had no teeth.  The Pteranodon`s name mean`s toothless one.  Enjoy this video!
